Roxanne, Registered Dental Hygienist
Roxanne (Roxy) has an impressive 16+ years of experience in the dental field under her belt, and she’s been an important member of our team for more than four years now! As a Texas native, she chose to complete her studies at Texas Woman’s University (which is where she earned her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene). Now, she loves using everything she has learned to help patients in her treatment chair improve their oral health.
On the evenings and weekends, Roxanne enjoys watching movies, seeing live bands, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. Here’s a fun fact about her: she’s fluent in Spanish!
Cheryl, Registered Dental Hygienist
Cheryl has been in the dental field since 1999. She attended Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, later completing the Dental Hygiene program at Collin College. She started off as an oral surgery assistant throughout college, which sparked her interest in the dental field.
Cheryl enjoys learning new things and is very appreciative of the people she has met during her dental career that have guided her along the way. She feels so blessed to have met some amazing patients, teachers, classmates, co-workers, employers, and dentists, each one teaching her something new.
She strives to give each patient personal care and treat them like family, making them as comfortable as possible. She grew up in Carrollton but calls Frisco home. She stays very active with her 3 kiddos and all of their extracurricular activities.
Rachelle, Registered Dental Assistant
As a 20 year dental assistant who began her career in oral surgery and periodontal assisting, her "tracks" lead her to Frisco Dental Care where she continues to learn and build on her assisting abilities. She upholds the standards of patient care, health, and the amazing dental aesthetics achieved with Dr. Phillips's attention to detail.
In her home life, she enjoys recycling, taking care of homeless animals (wild and domestic), and remodeling her home.
Jennifer, Front Office Coordinator
At Frisco Dental Care, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge from both clinical and administrative roles in dentistry. Her journey began with the Red Cross Dental Assisting Program at Barksdale Air Force Base, where she gained hands-on experience and developed a deep appreciation for patient care. She later became a GS employee, working across multiple aspects of dentistry. Over time, she transitioned to the front desk, where she now enjoys interacting with patients and ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need.
Jennifer has had the unique opportunity to travel extensively while her husband served in the United States Air Force. After more than 24 years of marriage, they settled in the Dallas-Fort Worth area when he retired from the military to complete his degree at UNT. They have one beautiful daughter, who is now an adult. Outside of work, Jennifer loves exploring new restaurants and outdoor patios, discovering great music, and traveling to new destinations. Whether she's trying out a new dish or planning her next adventure, she embraces life with curiosity and enthusiasm.
